Unable to delete recording

I have an old recording stuck in my stream app. When I attempt to delete it I get an error stating that it cannot.

 

Any suggestions  to clear it?

have you tried deleting it on the website?

This site gives me a different error, but still won't delete:

 

This recording is currently in use on another device and cannot be deleted at this time.
(Error TVAPP-00100)

Anyway to escalate to support from here? Phone support had me swap box. Did nothing. The recording is stuck in cloud not on the box.

I maxed out the Cloud DVR and it forced the deletion of the phantom recording.
