Unable to Log In to Streaming Site: Error ftde.cima-pil.activation-code-timeout

I've tried this on multiple devices, computers and phones, and I continue to get the same error message, even receiving error messages when using my log in on other Xfinity affiliated users like HBO. This is extremely frustrating and have reached out to no avail. I'm unable to access any features of the streaming platform or edit any information in my account. Once I log in it is a complete dead end that doesn't allow me to click any other links when signed in without receiving an error message. I would love for this to be resolved immedietly as this is not something that happens with other streaming platforms. Seems unique to Xfinity.

since you posted in the streaming website area of the forum, what PC operating system and version is the PC running? What is the name of the browser (and is it up to date)? have you tried other browsers? does stream work normally on a smart phone/tablet?

I'm on a macbook labtop with up to date Google Chrome. I tried it on Safari as well and got the same error. Also applies to my iPhone, tried it on safari there and received the same error code.
