Streaming on phone app
Everything had been working well, until I tried to watch on my phone yesterday. It says I need to subscribe to watch the channel (upgrade my package?) But when I click on the link, there is nothing that explains what it expects me to do. I will not pay more to watch on my phone... I will cancel the whole thing.

did it previously work? device? operating system? OS version? were you at home connected to your own home xfinity wifi SSID? were you trying to stream live numbered TV channels? recordings? on-demand? did TVgo channels work?
