Streaming keeps stalling.

Xfinity Internet seems ok - other streaming sites (Netflix/Amazon/Youtube) work fine, - and so was xfinity during the day - but for the past few evenings, on-demand and recorded shows play for a minute or so, then stall for a few minutes, resume for a few seconds, then stall again, and it is frustrating. This is at home, on a Win 10 PC using Edge. Any dea why?
