Is anyone else having issues streaming their purchased movies? I was previously able to stream from xfinity.com/streams/purchases, until recently the selected movie would stall on the three dots loading screen and would never proceed to play.
Xfinity app on my phone has no issues, my laptop has no issues in Chrome. But my desktop (which previously had no issues) will not stream in FireFox or Chrome.
Attempted all fixes with flash, clearing cookes, incognito mode, chrome beta, and even looking for clearing the managed rule from my username (didn't chat with xfinity about that one yet) .
My fix - Use Edge and there are no issues, so far....
No problem with a test of one movie with my Win10 ethernet-connected PC using the latest version of Chrome.
