Streaming Choices

Have recently started using the online Xfinity streaming through the home website's "Xfinity Stream" and have been thoroughly enjoying it, has really made me feel like i've been getting real value out of my Comcast subscription.

I've noticed that options seem to be swapped in and out for movies and shows, but most recently; shortly after Thanksgiving itself, options have flat out dive bombed. Originally I could watch live tv with the local channels which I liked having that option, now all I see are 7 TVGO options. I used to also have a selection of movies to watch, now most are only giving me the options for a short clip, and now there's almost nothing in the listing. Is there some unknown issue within the website/stream?

Have been using a windows 10 computer with firefox, have also checked and found the same results on my iphone5. Flash is updated to current.

Just to be sure, I assume this is the link you use, which is the one I use to watch:

Re: Streaming Choices

Yep, tried to wait until the family got back from a short vacation, no change anywhere.

Did try to call in and got another one of those foreigner employees that could barely understand me or vice versa, they kept telling me that there's no such thing as Xfinity Stream and I shouldn't be able to access any of it because I only have internet. Maybe i'm reading something wrong somewhere, but all over the website on multiple pages it says "Free, included with internet service", they pulling out on what they have posted now?

Do you have a link to what you are supposed to get free with internet-only service?   I thought access to live TV channels was tied to having xfinity TV service - and most of them only when on the same home network with the service.
