Stream saying I need to subscribe to my channels

Hi all - been using the stream app on my TCL Roku TV for a couple of months with my cable box unplugged and decided I was ready to solely use Stream. Yesterday I returned the cable box so I would no longer be charged $5/month, and now Stream on my Roku won't let me watch any channels. On my iphone, I can watch some channels but not my full package. When I called Comcast I was told I needed to either have a cable box or their modem at $15/month (currently use my own purchased modem). Went to the comcast store to get the box back and was told that I don't need a special modem and should restart/re log in on my TV. Tried that but no luck. 

 

Anyone have any insight?

without at least one working x1 set top box you terminated your cable TV service. You can arrange a no-equipment package subscription.
