Stream not working on Roku or devices!

It's been choppy for some time, thought it was the internet albeit You Tube or Hulu streamed great. Duh. Now the Xfinity app not working on anything but the rest are. ETA for fix? zip 81007

The XFINITY app on all 3 ROKUS quit working at the same time today in my house.

Everything else works fine with the ROKUs.

 

My X1Xfinity DVR box in the living room seems to be fine. 

 

Am I supposed to do all those tricks, install, uninstall, reset box in living room, unplug it, unplug the router, remove the battery.

I am getting to the point that I just need to cancel CABLE altogether. I don't need a landline phone, I don't need cable service. I already have an Android that does both. Broadcast TV is actually what I have started watching again for local TV news, and retro shows.

I use the internet, but paying over $200.00 a month for 90% of services I do not use is not smart. I hear Google is providing "just internet" to your house at incredible speeds compared to Comcast and at cheaper prices. That would be awesome.

You're not alone here.  Been seeing the same for the past two weeks.  App opens on Roku but guide never fills.  Today, went to search some OnDemand and picked a show and it just sat there, thinking....

 

I did uninstall the App on the Roku and reinstalled it.  That seemed to fix it on this TV.  Lets see how long that lasts before I go around and do that for the other 3 Roku's.

 

Roku had a pretty large update a few months back.

I came back later and all 3 of my ROKUs suddenly started to work again.
