Stream app only has about 30 bogus channels
On iPad Air, and my android phone I get about 15 bogus channels and about 15 music channels. No local or Entertainment channels from my package. Even though I am on my home WiFi. And if I try to authorize the Stream beta app on my Roku device, it tells me Sorry high speed internet accounts won't work and I need to get a tv subscription. With an error code of NA. I have a TV subscription.

Here are some screen shots. Not in any particular order. The first two are from the Stream app. The third one is from Chrome browser. See previous post describing these.

No, nothing works on the stream app except as I described.
Here is something else I discovered.
On my iPad Air using Safari, I bring up myxfinity and it says I need flash when I try to bring up the live tv channel line up.
If instead I use chrome browser on my iPad Air, I get the CORRECT full lineup, BUT if I click to watch a live show, it requires the stream app to work. When it brings up the Stream app, it shows a message for a split second. Too fast to read fully. But it starts with "It looks like your plan doesn't contain any channels. Luckily..." Then it disappears and displays a pop up saying "Sorry we're having some trouble. Please check back later." I click OK and it just shows that stupid line-up I mentioned before.

Hi @6919155 , thanks for reaching out on Xfinity Forum. Kindly retest and verify if the missing channels issue was resolved, thank you.
