Someone is logging into my Xfinity Stream
Someone is logging into my xfinity stream and its driving me nuts. I can see that they are watching things and sometimes when I am logged on and go to settings I can see the device they are streaming from is and iPad. Someone is getting free cable from me and its driving me crazy. I called customer service and they told me I must have been hacked and they can't do anything about it. Seriously, someone is logging in to my account and you can't do anything about it. Once you log into xfinity stream on a device it never makes you log back in even if the password has been changed. Please help me figure this out cause there has to be a way to kick this person off.
Thanks

do you have other users on your account? have you changed the password recently on your account?

They're using my xfinity stream not my wifi so I can't kick them off. They show up as a device only when they are streaming (watching shows) on their device.

Go to https://www.xfinity.com/stream/settings/devices - and you can see all the devices connected, streaming or downloading.
