After three days and a total of 5+ hours on the phone with Xfinity “support”, I found out the Xfinity Beta stream app on Samsung TVs went “out” on Monday, June 17.
Apparently no one with a Samsung is able to access the app.
Was told “engineers were working to restore the app”; whatever that means. As for now, I am unable to access TV in half my house as we depended on the streaming service and bought Samsung TVs just for that purpose.
Great job, Xfinity. Way to stay on top of things.
