3 days in a row now, not a single channel will launch on the roku TV.
The channel guide loads but the shows will not play, or I get an error message saying it's not available now.
I have reported it on the roku device for days now, and no one seems to get the reports
Can I get a refund for the money we pay each month or is this just another case of more BAD SERVICE from xfinity?
roku use is a free (currently) beta service. standard fix is to use your remote, highlight the xfinity stream TV beta channel and press the * (star) roku button. remote the stream TV channel. after removal unplug the TV from electricity for 30 seconds or more. plug back in and reinstall the xfinity stream channel. working now?
I've been having the same problem for a few days too. The restart/reboot technique didn't work.
follow the directions in the post I wrote that is just above yours. it is much more than a reboot.
