Had my service installed on 5/9/19 and the Roku Xfinity Stream App was working fine. Tried on 5/11/19 and keep getting error code createdrmsession.403-102. Tried contacting Xfinity phone support as was on the phone for over 2 hours. My issue still has not been resolved - any help would be greatly appreciated.
edwinng128, thanks for posting about your error code on the Stream app via Roku. Which Roku are you using? Are you also using your own modem (non-Comcast rented) in your home to provide the internet connection?
