Recordings and scheduled recordings not viewable in the portal or app
I just got service so my box is empty. I recorded some things to test the workings. All the recordings are on the x1 dvr box but none are on Showing in the app or in the stream portal. I see lots of people having this issue. I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the devices, removed and downloaded the app again, cleared my internet browser, etc. I tried on a roku, Laptop, and iPhone. Nothing is working. When will the portal and app work with recorded programs? Thanks!

Hey there. When you launched the portal/app, did you accept the cloud DVR agreement?
What kind of DVR box(es) do you have in your home?
