Record length longer than length showing on show listing

I am trying to record 2 sets of back-to-back soccer games on TUDN and Galavision. The first 2 games are from 11:30am to 2pm, and the second games from 2 to 4pm. When I scheduled the 11:30-2pm games, the recording times go grom 11:30 to 3:30 eventhough the recording option shows that the recording stops "On time".  Even if I set the recording stop to "1.5 hours late", there's not change. It looks like the record option stop is stuck at +1.5 hours, and there's no way to change that. Because of this, I am not able to schedule the second games duw to the time conflict.

This is happening on the Xfinity Stream android app, smart TV app, and on the xfinity.com/stream site.

Other programing at different time period seems fine.

The issue mentioned above happened on 10/20 and 10/21. Today 10/22 everything worked as expected for the same time periods. Strange...
