ROKU Xfinity Stream stopped working

Xfinity stream on ROKU stopped working ; talked to Xfinity several times and no one knows

do you get to the home screen and can move the menu choice around using the buttons on the remote?

Yes. ROKU streams all other apps except Xfinity Stream.

It worked for 3 days then stopped.

I can as far as logging into to Xfinity.com/authorize and they declare “Success”, then my ROKU clears from the 6 digit code screen and says it doesn’t recognize an Xfinity internet and throws the “DrmSession.403-102” error

using the my account app on a smart phone/tablet go to the internet tab. is more than one modem/gateway there? touch it and compare the shown serieal number to the gateway/modem's HFC MAC address. is it exactly the same character by character? have you moved in the last 60 days?
