Misssing DVR content on Stream website

On my DVR at home I have all 10 episodes of this season of Better Call Saul saved.  But when I go to access my recordings on the stream website, there are only 2 episodes and the 8 that are missing are only available for purchcase.  Any idea what this is?

You only have 60 hours available. As you record new , the old drop off

I have the same probleml ... The advertisement for the DVR service should be more specific as to the allocation of programming time/space.  AND, if the cable box needs to be replaced, most of the recorded programs are lost and currently limited to those available via stream.  The value of the DVR service is limited for these reasons.

They are slowly changing to 150 hours

I am also having this issue but it just started 4 weeks ago. Before that I was able to see all my recordings on my iPad. I have been over the 60 hour recording when I was able to see all my recordings.

If you download the Xfinity remote app and go to the DVR manager on the bottom you can see and play all of your recorded shows

that will direct the selected x1 home set top box to play a recording, but has no effect on web/app streaming. the cloud DVR is separate and independent of the home DVR.

Thanks for the heads-up, Andrew; I hadn't seen this yet.

Re: Misssing DVR content on Stream website

I have deleted recordings and now I am down to 55% full on my DVR which is less than when I was able to see recordings on my iPad. When I open the streaming app I still only see a few recordings totaling 18 hours
