Issues with viewing experience

I am currently trying to watch Rick and Morty. The screen is staticing and very hard to view. The screen is flashing gray and going back to it's normal colors for about a second.

is your browser up to date? using latest chrome or edge? watching on-demand? does it play normally on a smart phone/tablet?
