I've always been able to login and watch tv on my computer but today i received and 11700 error. I've been tring to reach support via online chat but that's been over 45 minutes. I've read something about reprovisioning - can someone assist me with this??
you have 5 slots for streaming. when you use a browser to stream you can't just close a browser window or you lock up one of your streams as if you are still streaming from now on. stop the video and exit out of the viewing menu before closing the browser window. call 800-Comcast and select tech support, ask the agent to transfer you to app support. ask app support to deprovision all of your streaming devices.
