ESPN3

I have Digital Preferred Tier and can I get ESPN3 without a fee?  I was able to go through speaking to the remote and ESPN3 came up but it did not state if there were charges to watch it?    I would like to watch the NCAA women's volleyball games but do not want to pay for these games.
