Download saved programs to ThinkPad

I have the mobile app on my mobile devices and can download content to watch offline but there is no option when I access Xfinity via my ThinkPad lap top. How do I download content to my ThinkPad to watch content offline?

Sorry but that device is not considered a mobile device, so there’s no capability for that function
