Connect to home Wi-Fi message

Why are there certain episodes of a show that say you must connect to your home Wi-Fi when you already are connected? Very frustrating.

Need some info: what device are you using and are you using the Stream app or the Stream website?

I can't really help; I don't have a macbook pro.  But I am able to stread with my old iPad.  Be sure you are logged into the correct userid/password.
