Can't get into Stream Portal to watch Netflix

I have a Chrome notebook and am trying to watch Netflix on it. Every time I try to log into the Stream Portal I get this error message: (Error ftde.cima-pil.activation-code-timeout). It tells me to sign out and the problem will be fixed, but it never is. I don't see Netflix in the portal when I'm not logged in, and I have to log in to search for it.

chromebook users should use the chrome web page and for example tv.xfinity.com website
