All channels on stream only have "subscribe" option

Hello,

I recently moved into a new home and per Comcast's advice, merged my new address to my existing account.  After setting up my modem and router, I went to stream xfinity on my Roku.  All channels loaded in the guide, but every channel only gives me an option to subscribe.  This issuse persists on my Roku, phone, and computer (Chrome and FF).  All basic troubleshooting has been performed. I was also in touch with an xfinity rep for quite some time who verified I did all the basic troubleshooting, then said I needed to go to the advanced troubleshooting.

Anyway, after some minor digging, I noticed that some other customers were encountering the same issue after moving, and removing the previous address from their account seemed to clear things up.  I noticed we don't have that privilege as a customer, so I'm reaching out here. Pretty terrible time to go a week without news.

Thanks,

Joel

you posted in other than x1 equipment but i'll assume you have X1 service. using a web browser go to xfinity.com and sign in. go to account, then users, and create a new user. use that username and password to sign in to your device. be sure to accept the terms and conditions. worked?

Thanks for pointing out I'm in the wrong area...first time using the forums so I'll keep that in mind next time.

I did read about that workaround in another forum, so I had my fiance added to the account with her own username, but when we used her account to authorize the streaming service we found ourselves in the same situation unfortunately.
