I am requesting specific instructions for setting up an option for adjusting the channels through the use of commands on a computer. This is a secondary alternative when the remote is not accessible. In my particular case - both TV remotes have been temporarily displaced.
I have requested a remote replacement. I am requesting this direction during the interim- until the new remote can be obtained. It is my understanding that there is a download option for an IPhone -the Xfinity Remote App. I do not have an IPhone at the present time. This is the reason for my request for remote control use (access) through the computer in lieu of an IPhone.

Hello, @dod4! Thank you so much for reaching out to Comcast today over our Community Forums! Unfortunately, we don't have a TV remote control option that be used over a computer. We only have a Smart Phone/Tablet app that can be used on both Apple, and Android devices.
We do have the option to watch TV over a computer by using our Xfinity Stream app. https://www.xfinity.com/stream/
