I downloaded the Xfinity stream beta app on my Roku TV and it was giving me the message that I can only access on In home WiFi (Error Code TVAPP-00100). Even though I was already connected to my in-home Wi-Fi.So I proceeded to check the Xfinity stream app on my phone and it also said I needed to connect to the in-home Wi-Fi. Come to find out it’s actually giving me this message because I have two accounts linked together at two different addresses and my other address was marked as the primary account instead of the address that I am trying currently at. Thus, meaning that my Xfinity stream app was saying that I wasn’t on the primary accounts Wi-Fi. I easily logged onto my Xfinity account on a computer to manage my linked accounts and set my current address as the PRIMARY ACCOUNT. Problem Solved.
