I need to have all devices logged into my xfinity stream app remotely logged out. Can someone please have all devices on my account deprovisioned? Telephone customer service is useless, been on the phone for an hour and no one can assist.
please explain the reason? have you already changed your password? did you go to xfinity.com and sign in, go to account then users to see if anyone has added other usernames that can access your account, make purchases, etc? if there are and they are authorized have they changed their password, too?
