Xfinity Steam App error on Roku

I am now getting an error code in my roku for the Xfinity app. Error createdrmsession 403 102

 

It says I am not connected to my Xfinity wifi but I am. Just started happenning out of the blue.  I see this topic in this forum but not a solution and not how to add to that topic.

Hi, I moved this post to the roku area (stream app) of the forum. have you tried a smart phone/tablet on the same wifi to see if it works normally?

 

edit: I moved your cross-post on same subject to your original thread. try to resist asking for assistance on the same problem in multiple threads.

Yes my phone, computer can all play the xfinity stream app.

the 'roku' back office database seems to be the problem. An official employee will usually reply within 72 hours of your first post and they can update the database. If you wish you can call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask the agent to perform a deep account background database refresh (takes up to an hour to complete). note that this is not the 'refresh' on your X1 menu system. If the agent does not seem to know what you need to have done ask for a supervisor.
