either wait (up to 72 hours from your first post) for an official employee to respond here and verify you and deprovision all the current streaming devices on your account, or call 800-Comcast and select technical support, and ask that agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the app support team member to deprovision all of your streaming devices. once done, you will need to reauthorize the devices that you wish to use.
