As of 4 days ago, I keep getting a message that the stream app is "unable to retrieve recordings ". I have tried everything from logging out to deleting and reinstalling the app. What is wrong and when will this issue be fixed?
you didn't state the device type (like roku, tablet etc). did you try a smart phone to see if it works normally?

Hi @Kwiseman62 we'd like to follow up on the "unable to retrieve recordings" issue above - could you please confirm on Stream app, whether you are now able to see any recordings, or still seeing "Unable to retrieve recordings" error screen, or empty page without error? thank you
