I signed out and closed the app and hen signed in again. There was no change. I still cant see my X1 devices. It is happening on all of our IOS devices. I believe it started on Sunday 7/28/18.
is the remote app working for you on a different phone/tablet?
No, we can't see the X1 devices on any of our Iphones or Ipads.

when you run the xfinity myaccount app do the devices show up there?
I have the exact. Same issue. No devices for remote app although all appear fine in my account app
