Stream Audio Often Stops in Middle of Shows

For the past couple of months I have had my audio stop in the middle of broadcast on my Xfinity stream on my iPad. It is updated to the latest software version, and I have deleted Xfinity stream and re-downloaded it, hoping this will fix the problem with no luck. I have tried shutting the program down, and re-opening it, and doing both watch from beginning and resume with no audio improvement. Is this a software issue on the Xfinity Stream app,  or is there a workaround?
