Samsung TV and Xfinity Stream app

I've seen this question asked many times but do not see a resolution.  When trying to activate my Q60 on Xfinity Stream I get Sorry, Something went wrong, tvapp-00100.  I get this message after I input the code onthe activate screen.  All other apps work fine on the TV so I don't think its network related.

Had the same issue. Delete the app from your Samsung TV via the App menu. Unplug your OneConnect for 30 seconds. Power it up, re-download and try again. I’ve had to do it a few times. Error seems to occur on my TV that’s wirelessly connected only and if I open the Xfinity App right after I turn the TV on almost as if I tried to open the app before the TV connected to WiFi.
