This started last night the 30th of March! When I access saved recordings on both my Roku Ultra and my Roku Stick it dumps me back to the Roku Home page at the Xfinity Streaming App!
Tried removing channel and then unplugging for 3 minutes and plugged everything back in added Stream App and logged back in and it didn't change. Still can't access recordings on Roku Xfinity Streaming APP. Works fine on iPhone and iPad but not on the Roku!
Yep same problem here. Posted in a different post earlier. Spent two hours on phone reboot and reinstalling everything but no luck. Seems to be a bigger issue then they know and guessing they can't find the fix for. I mentioned when I was on phone what I read in a previous post and they said they were doing but didn't work. Hoping it will be a global fix here soon.
Actually my saved "non access problem" cured itself 2 days later. After I figured out a work around using my Iphone and Ipad and the search tab on the Xfinity App all of a sudden the saved tab started to work again. I have had no problem since.
I think their system is very overloaded as we are experiencing unusual wait times when we select a new channel to watch. Some channels are disappearing for a time and then reappearing. My Son who has the same Roku system in New Jersey has experienced no problems what so ever.
