Removing unwanted mobile device from stream app

Removing unwanted d mobile device from stream app
Good evening I would like to have all mobile devices that are currently logged into my account to be deprovisioned. I think that is what I need. Basically I want all MOBILE DEVICES that are connected to have to type in a username/password when they load the app on their phones. Can you help me with this?

I see recently watched movies and TV shows that I have not watched.. I changed the primary user name as well and deleted all other users .. is there a way you can All the stream devices on my account. I need help!!!!

an official employee will usually begin the deprovision of all stream clients within 72 hours of your post.  you might want to review your xfinity.com account menu (sign in first) and go to users. do you have any additional users there? if so your will need to change your own account password plus those users' passwords prior to the deprovision or they can simply log in again. If you have updated password(s) you can call 800-Comcast and select technical support then ask tech support to transfer you to the app support team. they can do the deprovision of all streaming authorized devices.

try to resist posting separately on same problem so that comcast can follow up properly without duplication.

CandiceD88, here there! Thanks for posting about removing your UID provisioning on your mobile devices. I can take care of this. I got your private message you sent me to my personal inbox, so I'll follow up with you there.
