Registering A New Device

I am unable to register a second iPad in my home to be able to use the Xfinity Stream app. 

 

Everything I have found online says that if I am connected to my in home wifi network (which I am), once i log into the app it should 'auto register' it. This doesn't seem to be the case. In the app, i go to 'live tv' to see my channel lineup, and its stingray music channels, which must be free for everyone. 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Xfinity Forums, @jamielynn122! Thanks for sharing your experience. That's an interesting issue. Can you confirm the following:  

1. Have you transferred your services recently? 

2. Are you using the primary Comast email address registered with your account? 

3. Is your iPad compatible

4. Do you have the most recent update for the Stream App on the App? 

5. Can you see the affected iPad here?
