No Channels on Live Stream

No Channels on Live Stream

I always use my iPad in the kitchen when I’m cooking to watch live TV. This morning I went to open up my iPad and it only shows me 4 live TV channels. I’ve done the latest update and I’ve made sure all of the filters are cleared . What’s going on?

does your smart phone work normally?

Yes. Everything works normally on my iphone and ipad. I am also connected to my home wifi.

try uninstalling the stream app. then hold the power button on your ipad until 'slide off' switch appears. After it shuts down for 2-3 minutes press the power button to restart the iPad and reinstall the app and accept the terms and conditions. working OK now?

on that iPad, go to the settings (gear) app. follow the link to software update. is there an update available? if not, what version is running on the iPad?

Everything is up to date. This just happened after I did the last Xfinity Stream update
