How do I sign out of the Xfinity Stream app remotely? I signed into my Xfinity Stream account on an iPad that I no longer have access to. From my account on my computer, I can see the iPad still streaming (because I never logged out of my account on it), but I can not sign it out. The primary user also suspended my account to see if that would log out the iPad, but it did not.
The primary user deleted the restricted account the iPad was logged on with but the device still streams, even after closing the app and opening it again.
Comcast / Xfinity support has always been this bad, been a customer for over 20 years. Not a single reply. No solution avalilable.
there are always solutions available. there are probably over 100 completed threads on thsi forum on the subject.
sign in to xfinity.com account (not streaming). go to users. if no other users there skip to next step. for user(s) listed have them change password and understand not go give out their usenrame/password to others.
change your password for your login username. (not wifi login). call 800-Comcast and select TV technical assistance. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the app support team member to deprovision all of your streaming devices (which forces them all to sign back in again). you fixed it now?
