HBO Max Not Available for Comcast Secondary ID
My wife has primary id of our account, so she had to sign in and "activate" hbomax using her computer so I could watch a movie on TV On Demand. I don't have the capability to stream hbomax to my computer. How does a secondary id (me) get access?

I was able to watch after including me as part of household.
It doesn't appear to have anything to do with the cable tv box.
