When I try to watch any channel via the xfinity Stream app, I get the 3305 error. This used to work before Comcast came to setup TV and Home security.
I was in chat with someone from support for a long time and that person couldn't figure it out. He said that he is escaling the case to somebody else and will receive a call. I haven't got a call and wanting to get this working again.
Any help will be appreciated.
Figured out the issue. The Orbi router's address was conflicting with what Comcast address. The Orbi mobile app was showing internet was not online even though I was able to browse. Seems partially working. When I logged in to the Orbi router via my desktop, it displayed the message "address conflict and renumbering..' - when I accepted it 'ok', things started working again!
