xfinity Mobile Return - Success

We have been an xfinity customer since 1993.  We purchased a cell phone from xfinity sales and were told we had 14 days to return it if we did not need it.  Xfinity Mobile did not work for us.  I have been trying to return this phone but have not been able to.  I have been on hold for hours at a time only to get disconnected.  Once I do talk to someone they cannot help me.  I spoke with one lady who had things all set up and was going to call me back but never did.  I have less than 4 hours before the phone is not returnable.  I need support now.  I am on hold right now for 45 minutes.  I need a call back as soon as possible.  Thank you in advance.

*I was able to get this phone shipped back!  Thank you Comcast!
