I changed service from Verizon to Xfinity mobile and my voice-mail app isn't working. Samsung S10+

Thank you for reaching out to us via the Xfinity Mobile Forum and my apologies for not responding sooner.  If you are still needing assistance, I’m more than happy to help.

 

What voice mail app are you attempting to use?  In case you are attempting to use the Xfinity Mobile Visual Voice Mail app, sadly the app is no longer compatible with Android devices released in 2019 and newer.

 

Let me know what voice mail app you are using and I can do further research into the situation.  You can reach out to me via private message by clicking on my name ComcastChrisL, and from my profile page, click on the blue ‘send a message’ button.

 

For account access and authentication, please provide the following; first and last name, complete address, mobile number, and the last 4 digits of the card on file.
