sent a new sim to the wrong adress again, Now i can't get ahold of anyone

I found my old sim, is there anyway to reactivate it?

They sent my new sim to the wrong adress that i haven't lived at in a year, but that address doesn't show in the system just my current.  I have already gone rounds with trying to get that resolved but i just found my old sim that i thought i had lost.  Can that just be reactivated?

First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.
