I ordered iphone 11 pro during $250 gift card promo before Oct 27th . I noticed recently that my order with my existing phone number transfer from another carrier was modified to reflect ordering service with "New Number". Will that have effect?
I also noticed my backorder can no longer be cancelled from the website.
I have the same issue. I thought I'd be getting our new phones today and now there's now estimated process/ship date and our order shows as "new number"

From October 1st through the 27th customers can qualify for the $250.00 Visa Prepaid card by purchasing any iPhone and transferring an existing phone number within 30days of the order date. This means even if you did not want to transfer your number and decided after the fact to port over, as long as you are within 30days from your order date you will qualify for the offer.
Keep in mind, after activation, your account must remain in good standing for 90 days and the qualifying device needs to be active. The Visa Prepaid card will ship 4-6 weeks after completion of 90days. We will send an email to those who meet all eligibility requirements when the Visa Prepaid card is being processed and again once it has shipped. I ordered my Iphone 11 over a month ago and was supposed to receive it on November 25, since it was on backorder. It has been over a week since it was supposed to arrive and I have still not received it. Is there any way for me to check on its shipping status or find out what is causing the hold up?
