Upon switching to xfinity mobile, we were eligible for a $250 prepaid visa card. For whatever reason, many months went by and we hadn't received it, so had to call and request it. It finally arrived- however, it got lost in the shuffle and it was never activated. It is now expired. This is insult added to injury, as the reason we made an effort to find it was that the phone (purchased new through xfinity) that was just over a year old, "fried" and died while charging. It would have been nice to have the visa card to offset the painful expense of buying a new phone much sooner than we should have needed to. Is there any way to get a new card reissued? Help!!
