change phones

I have a samsung phone that I don't want to use.  I also have my old iphone that i want to connect to use in its place,  I will keep the old phone until it is paid for.

Thanks for reaching out.  I’ll ask for some information so that I may determine if iPhone you’d like to switch to is compatible and I’ll go ahead and assist you with that change.

 

Please reach out to me via private message.  Click on my name ComcastJaredB and from the profile page click on the blue ‘send a message’ button.  In your private reply please include the following information so that I may authenticate and access the account;

 

First and last name, mobile number, complete service address, and the last 4 digits of the pay method on file.  Also, I’ll need information for the iPhone.  Please provide the model type, color and memory size as well as its IMEI.
