cannot submit order on line

I currently have one line in my Xfinity mobile account, and I'm trying to add a line.

I filled everything and reach the last step, but when I click the "Place order", an error message poped up: 

"Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties. Please try again later."

 

I trie different browser, different credit card and still no luck. What could be wrong?
