My daughter needed a new phone but before we did purchase one her phone stopped making calls and if you tried to call her it said welcome to Verizon. "The Verizon customer you are trying to reach...". I did just purchase a new phone for her through Xfinity, received FedEx now trying to activate. Xfinity website says that there is no phone to be activated. Fustrated!!
I'm frustrated Too! Just trying to activate my phone. Maybe I will flush it down the toilet!
There's no use in trying to call Xfinity because it is automated and of course it does not have your particular problem listed. AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
