When I try to connect to an xfinity WiFi hotspot, I get an error message "Unable to join the network". I have contacted support and of course their messaging support is horrible. I have never been able to resolve anything with them. I have restarted my phone, reset the network settings... all the troubleshooting. Since Xfinity service is below par for my area I rely on hotspots. At a loss what to do. I feel like there is an account issue, but xfinity customer support wont even bother looking at my acocunt.
