Ever since switching to Xfinity mobile I have been unable to log into my account and view/update my billing information. When I sign-in with my username and pw the site just loops back continuously to the login screen. Please advise on a solution!
@ComcastMorgan I am having the same issue. Can you help us both? Only difference with my issue, is I once had Xfinity Mobile and ported my number out a few years ago. Thinking of giving Xfinity Mobile a second go, but I can't even log in to my account to attempt to give it another go.
